In the ever-evolving world of wellness, the most impactful spaces are often born from deeply personal journeys. That is exactly the case for the founder of Wyld + Well—a boutique wellness studio redefining intentional living in Wyckoff and across Bergen County.
A Personal Wellness Journey Rooted in Healing
Her path into wellness didn’t begin as a business idea—it began as a necessity.
In her late 20s, while living in New York City, she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. That diagnosis became a turning point, forcing her to reevaluate how she approached her health, stress, and overall lifestyle.
What followed was a deep immersion into movement and healing. She explored practices like yoga, Pilates, Meditation, and SoulCycle—not for aesthetics, but for resilience, clarity, and strength. Wellness became less about how she looked and more about how she felt.
A transformative solo trip to Bali in 2019 further reshaped her perspective. Spending three weeks immersed in yoga and self-reflection, she reconnected with what truly mattered. That experience ultimately led her to become a certified yoga teacher in 2020, with continued training in Pilates to expand her expertise.
Redefining Wellness Through Motherhood and Life
As her life evolved—especially after becoming a mother—so did her definition of wellness.
It shifted away from intensity and toward sustainability, longevity, and alignment. Wellness became holistic: how you feel when you wake up, the energy you carry, and the rituals that ground you.
This philosophy became the foundation for Wyld + Well.
Creating Wyld + Well: A Wellness Sanctuary in Bergen County
Wyld + Well was born at the intersection of her personal healing journey and her professional background in branding, PR, and marketing within the wellness and fitness categories.
More than just a fitness studio, Wyld + Well was intentionally designed as a sanctuary.
Every detail—from the calming aesthetic to the curated class offerings—reflects a sense of quiet luxury and intentional living. The space is meant to hold you, support you, and leave you feeling not just stronger, but more centered.
What truly sets it apart is the feeling: a blend of calm, connection, and community that keeps people coming back.
Building a Wellness Community in Wyckoff
Since opening in January, Wyld + Well has quickly become more than a place to work out—it has become part of people’s daily rituals.
Clients return not only for the classes but for the experience. Relationships are formed. Familiar faces become part of a shared rhythm. The studio has cultivated an organic sense of community rooted in connection and intention.
Beyond its walls, Wyld + Well partners with women-founded brands from Bergen County to Manhattan to host curated wellness events. These gatherings blend movement, beauty, and connection in a way that feels both elevated and approachable.
Thoughtful Programming for Mind and Body
Wyld + Well’s offerings are intentionally designed to meet clients where they are—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Classes include:
- Pilates and strength-based training
- Yoga and restorative movement
- Breathwork and pre/postnatal support & Mommy + Me classes
In addition, the studio incorporates advanced wellness modalities such as infrared sauna and red light therapy—tools known to help reduce inflammation, support recovery, relieve stress, and promote mindfulness.
Every offering serves a purpose: to help clients build strength, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, or simply pause in a fast-paced world.
A Vision for Lasting Impact
At its core, Wyld + Well is about creating space—for healing, for connection, and for coming back to yourself.
Her vision is for the studio to become a meaningful part of people’s lives:
A reset.
A ritual.
A sanctuary.
A community.
Because when individuals feel grounded and strong within themselves, everything else begins to shift.
A Final Thought on Wellness
If there is one philosophy that defines her approach, it is this:
Consistency over intensity.
True transformation doesn’t come from extremes—it comes from showing up, day after day, in small, meaningful ways.
